Francis Habadah is the executive chairman and chief executive officer of Nukunu Capital & Co. He is a capital markets expert. He is an investment banker, an industry analyst, a portfolio manager, and a securities trader.
He has been a finance professional and an executive at investment banks, other finance firms, and corporate restructuring groups. They are Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan Chase, BP Plc, Thomson Reuters, Equity Trading, and Prudential Investment Management. These are all primarily high caliber American, British, and Canadian firms with global reach.
Some of the remarkable deals that Francis Habadah have been a part of are the valuation, demutualization, and initial public offering of a fortune 100 insurance company; the business combination of three major multinational energy companies in the form of mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs, and integration; company stock repurchase programs; corporate debt; private equity; and private placement transactions.
Finance products that Francis Habadah has structured in the past include fixed income and equity products. Specifically, some of these finance products include notes for business financing, treasury bonds, corporate share repurchase programs (open market, block, and Dutch tender offers), debts to finance share repurchase programs, government poverty alleviation finance instruments, and global cash reserves.

Francis Habadah holds an MBA and BSc with concentration in Finance and Strategy from Rutgers Business School, NJ. He also attended a post-graduate program at Harvard Business School.
Francis Habadah is affiliated with the Connecticut Venture Group, Rutgers Alumni Club, Harvard Business School, a Seattle technology incubator, and has volunteered for non-profit groups like the American Heart Association, St Francis House, and Veterans of Foreign Wars in the past.
